Sailing
Rugby & Daventry Sailing Club has an active racing program with many historic trophies awarded each year for class, handicap and pursuit series. Some series include personal handicapping to encourage beginners to try for trophies.
The club adopted classes are: GP14, Enterprise, Solo, Laser, Mirror and a Menagerie class for dinghies whose Portsmouth Yardstick falls within the range of the adopted classes without trapeze or asymmetric spinnakers. Well attended Open Meetings are held each year for:

- Solo Open - T.B.C
We close the water for January and February, but the club is still active as we do the necessary maintenance for the year ourselves to keep overheads down.
